Who manages the property if I live in Delhi or abroad?

Luxofy runs a rental and management desk: housekeeping, guest management, listings, repairs and owner statements. You can also appoint any third party manager you prefer.

Can I book a property at the event itself?

You can express interest in specific units at the event, but there is no pressure to transact. Most buyers visit Goa first, and we encourage that.
